The person who is naturally attracted to you as a person. Anyone who needs money or is dissatisfied with their job. The person who is looking to buy a car or any type of luxury item. People who want promotions at their job. People who nod their head when you give your recruit talk. The person who is kid crazy and needs a night out. The person who is 40 middle class and bored
Keep in mind when you are conducting Parties not only are you making money rightaway- you are always around prospective Consultants, so be alert, LOOK & LISTEN especially when you are meeting each Guest, during the Party and after the Party. Try not to get into too much details -say something like "Mary, THANKS for coming to the Party. By the way, there's something I'd like to share with you so I'll be calling you. (SEE WHY YOU NEED THAT GUEST LIST)
