Good solid leads not only increase your chances of recruiting new Consultants, they also increase your Unit strength! To help you increase your recruiting here are a few tips on what to look and listen for.

  • YOUR PARTY HOSTESSES. Speak to them after the Party-you don't want a Hostess to say "this could be my Party."

  • People who are bored.

  • People who need extra money.

  • Someone who is temporarily out of work.

  • Party guests who give the most input about your product. -Speak to after the Party or call later

  • The guest with the largest order. - Speak to after the Party or call later

  • Guests who ask lots of questions. Don't let them take over the Party-tell them you'll answer their  questions  later

  • Part time worker.

  • Mothers with small children.

  • Women whose families are grown.

  • People who bring extra guests to a show. Speak to after the Party or call later

  • People who are not working now but would like to find something to occupy their time.

  • Anyone who stares at you during the presentation.

  • The Guest who picks up a product and demonstrates it.

  • The Guest who lingers after the presentation.

  • The person who is naturally attracted to you as a person.

  • Anyone who needs money or is dissatisfied with their job.

  • The person who is looking to buy a car or any type of luxury item.

  • People who want promotions at their job.

  • People who nod their head when you give your recruit talk.

  • The person who is kid crazy and needs a night out.

  • The person who is 40 middle class and bored

 

          Keep in mind when you are conducting Parties not only are you making money rightaway-

         you are always around prospective Consultants, so be alert, LOOK & LISTEN especially

         when you are meeting each Guest, during the Party and after the Party. Try not to get into

         too much details -say something like  "Mary, THANKS for coming to the Party. By the way,

         there's something I'd like to share with you so I'll be calling you. (SEE WHY YOU NEED

         THAT GUEST LIST)
