For all us there are life changing moments. For me a major one came in 1976 when I was working for John Blair and Company in New York City as a Printer while majoring in Marketing at Manhattan Community College. 

Knowing I wanted more out of life but not knowing how to go about it I decided to enroll at Dale Carnegie Institute, walking distance from my job. 

While I was waiting in the lobby to register I picked up and started browsing through a copy of the old "Success Magazine" which led me to register for Public speaking and Human relations. I did not  realize it then, but I had started on a life changing journey.

Another moment came when I met with "James B" a fellow Jamaican to print some Menus for a part time cooking business he was about to start in the rear of someone's Bar.  About a year later I came across "James B" again, now the proud owner of two very successful Restaurants and the Bar where started out. He asked me to accompany him to his home to pick up something and while waiting in the living room I picked a book  - "Think and Grow Rich." While I was pondering over  the title he came out and asked me if I would like to keep it...that was another life changing moment for me.

Another one came when I was contacted by E. Nanccii Hume who was referred by "James B" for me to do some printing for a Cosmetics Party Plan company she had started. A few months later she asked me to join the company as a  Marketing Manager and Sales Trainer which I eagerly accepted because I saw it as an opportunity to put in practice what I had learnt so far in College and Dale Carnegie and that led to me quitting my job and dropping out of College to go into in the Cosmetics business in 1973. 

Shortly after joining the company I acquired a copy of Earl Nightingales Tape "The Strangest Secret." Listening to it was my most profound life changing moment because it inspired me to start Beauty Sensation Cosmetics with my wife Julia in 1995 with one product, an Anti Aging Cream which is still one of our most popular product.

So what is Beauty Sensation Cosmetics about?

Recognizing the fact that one must first "be and do" to become financially independent Beauty Sensation is dedicated to the personal development and growth of the individuals that join our us in their quest to become financially independent.  Our product line comprises of over one hundred products which includes a Collection of Cutting Edge Skin Care and Makeup, a Men's line and a Makeup DVD that teaches women how to apply their Makeup. 

Our Marketing Plan is a combination of Party Plan sales and Multi-level marketing, a combination that makes it possible to earn a full time income working part time sharing Beauty Sensation with others. 

We are a small and growing company on a big mission to make the Direct sales not only more profitable with Beauty Sensation but also a source for a reliable retirement income. Why?  Because over the years I have seen so many women and men that made sacrifices developing downline organizations only for the carpet to be yanked from under their feet depriving them of income they were counting on for retirement.

Beauty Sensation wants to change that.  We believe we'll  be a successful company only if our people are successful and they can count on us for an income long after they have done their part to make us successful and that's what drives me daily.
