Hello my name is Winston Anderson, President of Beauty Sensation Cosmetics a Home Party sales company offering high quality Skin Care, Makeup, Skin Care Essentials and a "How To" DVD that teaches women how to apply their Makeup. 

After ten years of gradual growth, we've only just begun! Over the next five years explosive growth is projected for Beauty Sensation and to ensure this we are launching an :Area Development Mangers Program for a limited number of individuals for a limited time.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

A . As an ADM you should be self motivated, have Party Plan experience and have acquired the rank of Director or equivalent  with another Party Plan or Direct Sales company. You should also have exceptional skills in Team sales, Team building and personal sales.

B . YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS & HELP YOUR TEAM MEMBERS ACHIEVE THEIR SALES & RECRUITING GOALS. 

C . Participation in our Personal Growth and Development Training Program.

D . Develop and lead a Team of Consultants to ensure their successes.

E . Work closely with the Home Office to ensure your success and the success of your Team members.

To be considered, kindly  submit an outline of your Direct Sales experience, personal sales accomplishments, Team sales, Awards and Achievements you have received and other relevant information about your previous or current position to: President@beautysensation.com 

Also include an outline of how you would go about creating and establishing a Team in your area.

If you are selected you will be appointed Area Development Manager to launch Beauty Sensation in your area by starting a team. The ADM will train her team to conduct Parties, generate Catalog sales and online sales using Beauty Sensation's online Learning Center. Motivational and other training material  will be made available to you after you have accepted the appointment.

YOUR COMPENSATION

You will receive 60% on each order you submit (minimum $100.00 per order) after you have sponsored 2 (two) Consultants. Keep in mind the usual commission is 50% on orders for $1,000.00 or more. Failure to meet the 2 Consultants requirement could result in you receiving the usual 25%.

Instead of $199.99 in sales of your own  monthly to receive 15% on the discounted sales of each Consultant you sponsor you will need only $100.00 which can easily be done through Catalog, Your  Website or Party sales. 

This low requirement eliminates the necessity to maintain an inventory and high personal sales requirement. As a result you can focus on building your Team. However, try to exceed the minimum especially when it comes to conducting Parties. Why? Because your Team members will do what they see you doing, so go for leadership by example..  

The 15% will be paid on the sales of Consultants with a Starter or Demo Kit. 

EVALUATION

Starting in your 4th month after your appointment you should have a minimum of  4 Consultants  with a Demo Kit and a minimum of 10 Parties scheduled between you and your Team Members.

At the end of six months you should have a minimum of six personally sponsored Consultants with  a minimum of 3 second level Consultants - all with Demo Kits averaging $199.99 each in sales monthly which can easily be done through Catalog, Parties or online sales.

Keeping in mind we want you to be working stress free we have deliberately set goals that can easily be attained, and have no inventory requirements. However, we suggest you raise the bar for yourself which will result in you earning more.
